The Negro Speaks of Rivers

In today’s class we learned about a poem called The Negro Speaks of Rivers by Langston Hughs. This poem was about black race, and how it is eternal. We also answered questions about this poem, and about ourselves. We also watched a quick video about Langston Hughs about his beliefs and him reciting his poems. Lastly we heard a little about Mr. Rease own ethnicity and family tree.
