Compose the Arguement Paragraph

In today’s class we had a writing assignment. Today’s class was also a block schedule say. We re-visited our Illuminate that we did on Tuesday, and used it to write our paragraph’s. We had to write about both prompts, and said our claim alongside explaining it. We also had to provide a conclusion statement. Lastly we reviewed each others papers and gave feedback.

My spring break was relaxing. I spent my break studying for certain tests, working, and playing video games. I also spent my spring break playing with my family. I went to a trip to Savannah where I rode a ferry. I also got to see otters and eat Cotten candy. I then went back to Atlanta to celebrate a wedding. I got to serve as one of the best mans. A Rose for Emily

In yesterday’s class we began reading a poem called A Rose for Emily. The story was of a woman born to an aristocrat family. In the poem Emily dies and it recalled throughout the poem. We learn that she lives in a lavish house in a nice neighborhood. We also learned that she doesn’t pay any taxes due to her father loaning to city a huge amount. Her father died, and we learn that is the reason as to why she isolates herself.

Native American Origin Myth

 In yesterdays class Mr .Rease was out. We had a substitute teacher. We continued on rough drafting and planning out our origin myth essays. I wrote a paragraph about my God named Lord Hanuman. He was a hybrid with an eagle head and a body built like an ape. I plan on finishing my essay by Thursday.
